Warm Winter Spice Bliss Balls
These bliss balls are the perfect wintery treat! The warming spices remind you of mince pies and Christmas spice. They are packed with protein and healthy fats making them a beautiful energy boosting snack to keep you going in the colder months.
Cup of oats
3 tbsp coconut oil
Heaped tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp mixed spice
2-3 tbsp honey
In a food processor blend all of the ingredients together until the mixture starts to clump together. Using your hands form the mixture and roll into balls that are around 4cm wide.
These have a long shelf life if kept in a sealed container in the fridge. Take them out ten minutes before consuming. Enjoy!
