Award Winning!

best osteopaths in the UK award

It is true! We are winners.

And still slightly unbelievable to me. Bolton Osteopathic Clinic snapped up the ‘Best in Category‘ award at last year’s ‘best of’ business of the year awards.

We can now claim to be “the best Osteopaths in the UK as voted for by local people”.

Thank you to all the lovely people who wrote such nice things about us over the year.

We’re pushing ahead to add more excellent treatment options to improve the clinic even more this year and hopefully more people will add their voice and share their positive experiences.

Thanks for working with us. Thanks for sharing your positive reviews, we would be nothing without you.

Alex Green (BSc Hons Ost. D.N. D.O. F.S.C.C.O. CRTS) has spent 25 years doing one thing exceptionally well: helping people leave in less pain than when they arrived, and making sure they stay that way. He combines the clinical depth of osteopathy with Dynamic Movement Skills training to treat the whole picture, not just the symptom in front of him, but the patterns and underlying causes that created it in the first place. That philosophy shapes everything about how Manchester & Bolton Osteopathic Clinic operates. Rather than managing pain on a session-by-session basis, Alex works to resolve it, restore movement, and then equip patients with the tools to maintain their own health long term. It is an approach that has earned the clinic recognition as the best osteopathic practice in the UK for three consecutive years from 2017, a Patient Care Excellence Award for both 2024 and 2025, and Best Osteopathic Clinic 2025, alongside a string of other accolades in between. These awards reflect what patients already know from their own experience: this is a clinician running a clinic that genuinely cares about getting it right. Never content to stand still, Alex is continuously expanding his knowledge and professional skills, always looking for the next improvement in both clinical outcomes and patient experience. As a father of five, ranging from 5 to 22 years old, he brings that same driven, caring, and deeply practical mindset to every patient he sees, whatever their age or condition.
